Polling Hours Extended?

According to the Inquirer, Voter Action, a national voter's rights group, has asked a judge to allow Philadelphia polls to remain open until 10PM tonight. There have been many complaints of broken voting machines. The Committee of 70 claims problems have been normal. This is no real surprise to anyone who's voted in a Philadelphia election before. Broken machines, crooked poll workers - these ARE the norm here. We've worked many election days in Philadelphia, trying to minimize the corruption and underhanded practices, and honestly, we've given up. Any good stories of election days past?
