The Philadelphia Wine Festival will be held this year at the Convention Center on Saturday, May 10. Over 200 wineries represent from those super famous and expensive ones you've heard of (Cakebread - yums) to those you have not (Grgich Hills - probably yums, too). Picture it - booth after booth of snackies and drinks, all for your sampling pleasure. We are DEFINITELY going to hit this up. Though we may not remember enough to report on it...
Tickets benefit The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (I love drinking for a good cause), and $225 per person VIP; $125 for general admission.
The VIP pre-event tasting runs 5-6:30, and the event itself goes from 6:30 to 9PM.
