Table 31 is the name of the new Georges Perrier/Chris Scarduzio joint in the new Comcast Tower. The two formerly worked together at Brasserie Perrier and they've made many changes to the business plan to accomodate 31's opening. Deciding not to compete against themselves, they've revamped the menu at the formerly snobby and overpriced Brass to a true French brasserie, where one can get a killer steak frites for an affordable price.
(Ed. note - the steak frites were admittedly always good and always a pretty good deal compared to the rest of the menu)
Table 31 will be top shelf and it's right across from where we work. Convenient, no? Full report will follow after soft open...
