Have lunch in the cafe at XIX at the Bellevue for just $19. It includes a salad, meat and cheese buffet, an entree from the kitchen and a dessert buffet! XIX is one of our favorites, with a sommelier who's actually helpful, and a raw bar to die for. It's a real steal at $19!
Oh - and they have balcony seating. Now that the weather is warm, take a long lunch and get some sun, enjoying cheap deliciousness while eye-level with the skyline.
