Earthlink - OUT

Earthlink is leaving Philadelphia - and the Wireless Philadelphia project- early next month. The project has been a spectacular failure from the start, with access limited at best and usually no better than trying to use your neighbor's unsecured network. No firm plans yet for who, if anyone, will take over as service provider for the project, though Mayor Nutter has vowed not to spend city money to shore up Earthlink's responsibilities.
