Head Chef for Parc

Stephen Starr has named chef Dominique Filoni, formerly of Lacroix and some burbs places, as the new head chef of Parc, the bistro due next month for the Parc Rittenhouse. It will seat 300, with outdoor seating for 80 - a great summertime addition!
