Opening in June, Stephen Starr's latest will have something this city has been waiting for - internal outdoor seating. Yes, folks, we can now enjoy eating al fresco without staring at the dented rear-end of some guy's Volvo! We can imbibe under the stars without sitting next to a street cleaner!
