It's time for the Dad Vail Regatta! This 70 year tradition kicks off May 9th, and is usually the first best place for drunk college kids to meet drunk college kids before summer officially starts. Oh yeah, and there's rowing, too. The banks of the Schuylkill is the place to be this weekend! Check it out:
