Stephen Starr has announced that he will NOT be redeveloping Chez Collette at the Sofitel, as was previously reported. While we're big fans of Starr in general, we also think the close location of G Lounge provides the neighborhood with enough d-baggery as it is... Yay!
The Sofitel says a remodeling will take place regardless of the presence of a partner. That's ok too.
